Orange Cake

Nothing reminds me more of my abuela than her delicious, moist, and flavorful orange cake. She makes it all the time, and my siblings and I love it! I have fond memories of eating a tangy slice of this cake at birthday parties, holidays, or with cafecito in the evenings. This orange cake is the first recipe my abuela taught me. It’s also the recipe that inspired me to start Irenecita’s!

Small/5-7 slices – $25

Large/8-10 slices – $40

Blackberry Jam Cookies

These delicate and delightful cookie sandwiches are perfect for every occasion! They feature my abuela's homemade jam (which is actually her mother’s recipe) between two soft lemon cookies.

I can also make these vegan!

6 cookies – $12

12 cookies – $22

Guava & Cheese Croissants

My abuelo doesn’t have a very sweet tooth. So I came up with this dessert to honor him as well. Guayaba, or guava in English, is a sweet fruit that is used for various recipes in Latin America. Pair that with cheese, and these croissants make the perfect sweet and savory combo!

6 croissants – $18

12 croissants – $36
